Glass: Coupe
Directions & Ingredients
In mixing glass add:
¾ oz Calvados
¾ oz Gin (London dry or whatever suits you)
¾ oz Apricot liqueur (or brandy – NOT eau d vie)
Dash of water
Shake for 20 seconds
Double strain into chilled coupe
Corny Angel
In mixing glass add
1 ounce Mezcal
3/4 ounce Nixta Corn Liqueur
1 ounce Vanilla Bean Bourbon
1 dash Orange Bitters
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Strain into a rocks glass filled with 1 large cube
Garnish with a chocolate cookie on top!
